The Country Storehouse Farm | Trinity County, CA

The Country Storehouse is centered in Trinity County, California and is the “heart” of the mission. Once a Cannabis farm, its terraced garden is transforming into a healing and medicinal sanctuary cultivating herbs that support those who live, work, and visit the farm, as well as, the broader Trinity County community. It is also the physical home of the Cottage Studio, the Practice, & the Expedition “fleet” where the exploration into creative “arts” takes place within our global community.

In 2025, cultivating will begin to transform the Farm into a healing sanctuary and to explore how natural remedies support the whole being—spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Currently, by invitation only, the farm will serve as an intimate sanctuary for inspired Souls to gather, offering a space to breathe crisp, mountain air, harmonize with the peace that nature calls forth, and experience the healing power of this sacred land. It’s a place of quiet comfort and well-being, reminding us that Nature is the ultimate medicine.

Personally, Trinity County has been my refuge for nearly 15 years. My parents built their homestead and 14-acre farm in Trinity County, which came to be named appropriately “Pappy Farms” after my stepdad, Tony, which we all call, “Pappy.” Together, my parents built their farm from raw land, creating a space that my two sons and I would retreat to whenever life felt overwhelming in the suburbs. It was here, surrounded by the healing power of nature, that I found clarity during life’s challenges and deepened my passion for neurographic art and naturopathic wellness. I fell in love with Trinity County and didn’t realize it back then, but my roots had been planted even though I still needed to “germinate” elsewhere.

In 2020, I left suburban life behind, embarking on a journey through Mexico and Eastern Europe to begin writing my second book, “The Art of Conscious Disobedience,” to be published in 2025. In 2023, I permanently returned to Trinity County to start a new chapter, quite literally, as well as, open my naturopathic, wellness practice.

Inspired by my parents’ farm, I’ve dedicated myself to creating the Country Storehouse, a space offering others the same peace and healing I’ve found here—a place to explore how to live a thriving, creative, and balanced life while connecting with a community that truly nurtures your growth, and that of the greater good.

The Country Storehouse is rooted in gratitude for the resilience and grit of Trinity County’s community, which has faced political and economic challenges for years leaving it the one of the poorest counties in California. Through the vision of the Country Storehouse, we aim to support, celebrate, and breathe LIFE into the people of Trinity County who keep the spirit of the “Wild West” alive, showing them they are, indeed, valued, appreciated, and deeply loved. Together, our family farms work to support our little “corner” of the world through the Rooted Network ~ a “rooted network” of inspired, adventurous, and creative Trinity County, California locals intended to connect, restore, & put the UNITY back into commUNITY.
